Less to go wrong
Plenty of small-business sites are stacked from a purchased theme and a pile of third-party add-ons, each changing on its own clock. One mismatch and pages stop loading. The sites we code are static files: no admin login to guess, no database to corrupt, and very few parts that can fail or be attacked.
Asking for an edit
Text or email Roger. Festival-week hours, a photo of the job you just wrapped or a revised price all fall under the plan. When a request turns into a whole new page, the cost comes to you in writing before any work.
Choosing a tier
Tiers scale with the site, so a compact starter build never pays for capacity it won't use. The quote names the tier that suits you, and the pricing page explains the rest.

Which edits are included?
Swapping your hours, revising the service list, new pictures, a new hire's name or a closed-for-the-holiday banner. An entirely new page gets its own quote before any work.
What happens during an outage?
Monitoring alerts us and we fix it. Static files without a database rarely go offline to begin with.
Will you take over a site built elsewhere?
Generally no; the plans are made for sites we coded. If yours lives on a site builder, Roger can talk through whether to hold on to it or start fresh.
