Can you fix my current site instead?
Sometimes, and Roger will say so if a few repairs will do. If the site is stuck inside a builder that fights every change, starting fresh often costs less over the next couple of years.
How much of my time does it take?
A kickoff call, your logo, whatever photos you have, and a careful read of the draft. Roger writes the words unless you'd rather supply them.
Is there a template underneath?
No. The layout starts from a blank file and is shaped around your business, your customers and the way you sell.
How long until it's live?
Smaller sites often take a week or two. Bigger ones take longer, mostly depending on how quickly photos and feedback come back.
